You should be receiving your invoices by mail or email each month. If you need an additional copy, you can obtain these directly from BCBS TX by phone or by the online employer portal - Blue Access for Employers. Invoices are usually generated mid-month and will be sent to your billing address on file. You can call BCBS TX directly and request they be sent to you via email.
How to get your invoice over the phone:
You can call BCBS TX at 800-445-2227 to request your invoice over the phone. Be sure you know your group number when you call. If you're not sure what your group number is, you can find it on your SimplyInsured dashboard.
How to get your invoice online:
Log in to BCBS TX Blue Access for Employers website at https://www.bcbstx.com/employer/
If you have not created an account, register.
Once you have logged in to your company page, on the left side under "employer home" select "billing" and then click "premium bills"
Your Bill Summary page will load with information on your last payment. To view your upcoming invoice click "view entire bill" on right side. To select a previous bill use the "Bill Period" dropdown on the top of the page to select the bill period desired and then click the "Go" button below. Once the page reloads click the "view entire bill" link to view/print/download a copy:
