When signing up for a new Cigna policy, most SimplyInsured customers automatically enroll in automated debit.
Note: It can often take a month or more for the first payment to hit your bank account.
If you didn't initially set up automated debit when you enrolled, we can help to get this set up for you.
Setting Up Automated Payments Online
To set automatic payments you will need to fill out the form that you can download at the bottom of this help article.
Once you have filled out the form, email it to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can get it over to Cigna as soon as possible so that you can get your automatic payments set up.
