If you try to access your electronic insurance ID card and see this message:
It means SimplyInsured doesn't have access to your member ID number yet.
If you recently enrolled in a health plan, note that it can take 7-10 business days for SimplyInsured to have access to an ID number depending on the insurance carrier. If you don't have a scheduled appointment, then just check back in a few days.
