If you recently enrolled in health insurance and don't have a member ID # yet, follow these instructions if you need to see a doctor:
- Be sure your doctor is in-network here:

- Double check if your SimplyInsured electronic ID card is ready:

- Call your doctor's office and let them know you'll be coming in for a visit and you have insurance, but the insurance company has not finished processing your member ID, which means you will not show up in their system yet.
If they give you a bill, just call the doctor back once your ID number is generated and they will submit a claim to your insurance company.
If they make you pay up front, contact SimplyInsured support at firstname.lastname@example.org (be sure to include your receipts/bills) and we will help you file a claim.
