When you sign up for a new United policy, most SimplyInsured customers automatically enroll in automated debit. You should see payments come out of your account around the 10th of each month.
Note: It can often take up to 2 months for the first payment to hit your bank account.
If you would like to set up automated monthly payments:
- Sign into www.employereservices.com with username and password sent to your account administrator by United.
- Please sign the authorization form at the following link:
NOTE: You will notice not all fields are filled in when you sign, please note that our team will fill in any missing information to make things easier for you.
Aside from automatic debit you have several other payment options:
- Pay by phone
- Pay by check
To pay by phone, you will need your group number and invoice:
- Call 800-591-9911 and give your group number
- Provide your policy Number, bill group number, billing zipcode and customer number located on the top right of your invoice.
To pay by check, you will need to mail your check with the form attached to your invoice and mail it to the address below:
