When an employee enrolls through SimplyInsured, their rates cannot change until the end of the plan year at renewal or if they make any changes like adding or removing a dependent.
Note: The end of the plan year does not necessarily coincide with the calendar year.
If rates change, employers are notified of the changes prior to renewal, and have the option of switching plans or health insurance carriers to find better rates.
